Hotel-inspired and designed, "The Study," is located in a historical home, built in 1885, in Bronzeville, Chicago. The moody interior evokes private cigar lounges and club rooms with a modern, inclusive twist.

The space
The Study" features a king bed, genuine leather sofa, 70 inch tv, Marshall speaker, concrete desk, custom lighting, spa robes, complimentary bar cart, and access to the third floor balcony (pictured soon). Free bikes will also be provided in the late spring / summer.

We are a 1.5 miles from McCormick place (5 minute drive), .8 miles to the White Sox Stadium (3 minute drive / 17 minute walk), .9 miles to 31st street beach (5 minute drive / 8 minute bike ride), .5 miles to IIT Main Campus (3 min drive, 12 min walk), .2 miles to Illinois College of Optometry (1 min drive / 5 min walk) & 3 miles from the loop (10 minute drive).
