Welcome to The Studio! Located in the heart of downtown Picton, this modern fully-accessible space has been newly renovated and keeps you a short walk away from groceries, plenty of shops and delicious restaurants. If the beach is what you're after, Sandbanks Provincial Park is quick 20 minutes drive away. This open concept space highlights a wood burning fireplace, 2 bedrooms with King beds on Main floor and a custom-built harvest table, perfect for bringing friends and family together for a locally sourced meal. Air conditioned for your comfort.
Well behaved-dogs are welcomed here for a fee of $100 plus taxes (where applicable) for up to 2 dogs per stay. Please ASK and let us know the breed. We also ask that you kindly pick up after your dog and make sure to keep them on a lead, so the dogs do not venture into the neighbours' property.

In high season (late June through Labour Day) different check-in/out times are strictly non negotiable. Access to the cottage early to drop off belongings or to get the beach pass cannot be granted, no exceptions. Outside of high season, reach out to the Owner contact provided in your Check-in Email no sooner than 48 hours in advance of your stay to see if early in or late out can be arranged. A fee of $200 will apply for those who arrive earlier or depart later than agreed.
