Positive: The service was wonderful, with staff standing by the pickup and dropoff to help with luggages and boarding. We accidentally left one of our belongings at a shopping mall, and the staff helped to arrange for someone to collect the item and send it back to the room directly for a very small fee of 30rmb. The gym is exceptionally stocked with coconut water and cold towels, clean equipment and plenty of space. The indoor pool is also heated, even during winter. Room had a splendid view, comfortable amenities.

Negative: The bathroom doors open outwards, towards the sink.
