Positive: Smart, small apartment. Quite new, nice Finish-style design. Kind of free parking on street, 2 h with clock, night time free of charge. Good place to go to run. Fully equipped kitchen, could cook 5-course dinner:) Polite neighbors, regardless rental apartments are not welcome in block houses. Very quiet at night time.
