Summary: Communication from this property just before check-in was over bearing. Breakfast selections had to made the day before in addition to the time we planned to eat. We had to text the front desk each morning we left in order to get maid service. During our 3 day stay not one manager/supervisor bothered to introduce themselves. Only staff we met were the waiters at breakfast. The room was clean but very outdated. The mattress was old, very lumpy and in need of replacement. The decor was stark. One small picture hung on the bedroom walls. There were no shades to block the morning Sun behind very simple, old pocket rod curtains. The doors between the bathroom and BR squeaked so loudly they would wake a person in the night if moved. This is an easy fix with WD40…sloppy maintenance! Sadly, this was not worth $300+ per night.
