PARKING:
When you pull up to this gorgeous house, the first thing you'll notice is the adorable front porch with curved archways and an outdoor seating area. This home features an extra long driveway with a single carport at the end. There's tons of parking with additional room in the oversized backyard if necessary.
LIVING ROOM:
Step inside the front door and now you've entered "the jungle"! The massive living room has tons of seating between the large sofa, three upholstered chairs, and the wingback recliner. Not to mention the gaming table in the corner equipped with two stools and the chest FULL of games and puzzles right by it! The living room also boasts a 55" smart TV and an electric fireplace. This is the perfect chill zone to unwind in with the family! This room also features refinished hardwood floors, a "grass" wall, neon signs, and a furry zebra mirror!
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
There are three bedrooms in this home. The first bedroom features a queen bed and 42" smart TV. The second bedroom has a twin size trundle with a 24" smart TV. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and 42" smart TV. The oversized laundry room is off of the primary suite. It features a small pull out sofa that lays flat into a small bed, great for one adult or two small kids. There's a 24" TV in the laundry, as well, for any guests sleeping on the sleeper sofa. We have also provided a couple of Queen size mattresses that can be laid out in the living room if you move the coffee table out of the way!
KITCHEN AND DINING:
The formal dining room is located through the French doors off the back of the living room. The table is set for 6 already. However, just add the table leaf and a couple of chairs and you can easily sit 8 there. For larger groups, the gaming table in the living room can also be pulled out from the corner to sit 4 people there. We have provided enough plates and silverware for up to 12 people. The kitchen is located right off the dining room and features granite countertops and brand new stainless appliances including a gas stove, fridge, and dishwasher. There's also a Keurig coffee pot, full service, complimentary coffee/hot coco station, a microwave, and a toaster. I've also provided all the cookware and bakeware you could need.
BATHROOMS:
There are two bathrooms in this house. The first is located in the hallway. It features a tiled shower. The second bathroom is in the primary bedroom and features a tub/shower combination. I have provided complimentary toiletries, as well.
BACKYARD:
The backyard is huge and has tons of mature Pecan trees. It is privacy fenced along the back, but the front of the property is open, so keep that in mind if you're traveling with doggies. You are welcome to access the entire property.
There is also a detached garage in the backyard that is closed for now. It is being renovated into a game room with pool table, darts, and more come Spring '24! We will also be adding outdoor games to the backyard like corn hole and horseshoe. So keep these fun things in mind for future bookings!
