Summary: This apartment has 2 designated parking spaces plus a handicap spot directly outside the door which was ideal when my elderly relative came over to say hello. The townhouse is in excellent condition with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was very clean. There is a small strip plaza next door to the townhouse community with a taproom (no food service, just drinks, occassional food trucks), a delicious and affordable Mexican restaurant, and an indoor playspace for younger children. Less than a mile on either side of the community are good restaurants plus two grocery stores.
