THE HOUSE
A great fisherman’s getaway and home base.
The home and property sit on a park-like setting. More often than not you will see deer and other wildlife casually walking through the backyard. For our convenience and enjoyment, there is a gas grill, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs to enjoy a night around a fire.
The property backs up to the Army Corps of Engineers property where you will gain access to the lake.
We do not have a boat dock, as it is not allowed in the cove where the house is located but the Elrod Ferry Road public boat launch nearby makes dropping boats in the water easy! You can see the public ramp and dock from the backyard.
The rental comes with the use of 3 kayaks (seasonal) to fish or just paddle around the lake. The neighborhood is also great for walking or biking.
This house has 1 bedroom and 1 bath plus a loft upstairs. Walk into the living room that features an ample setting for you and your guest. The kitchen features full-size appliances and is well-equipped. Down the hall is the washer/dryer combo.
Beautiful and secluded, this Tiny Home is a getaway you’ll want to come back to again and again. Fish, swim, sit by a cozy fire, eat in, dine out with a short drive, or explore the numerous outdoor adventures our area has to offer.
