This spacious, stately, two story home has a large unfenced yard backing up to neighborhood common area featuring streams, ponds, and walking paths. Take a stroll year round to enjoy the 4 gorgeous seasons experienced in the Treasure Valley. Beautiful foliage can be seen out almost every window. The upstairs has 4 bedrooms featuring a King bed, Queen bed, Full bed, two Twin beds, and 2 Twin size floor mattresses, sleeping 10 total. The main floor has plenty of space to gather and enjoy the company of family and friends in the living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast nook, and family room plus when the season is right, there is also a patio table and Adirondack chairs! The kitchen boasts two ovens making it perfect for big family meals especially for the holidays. The City of Eagle host events and markets throughout the year plus there are many delicious restaurants and outdoor activities nearby including parks and the Greenbelt.

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Please be aware that the jets for the Master bath tub are non-functional.
