Access to the Pool House is via a path which winds through the backyard past the firepit and BBQ area to a set of travertine steps which lead up to the deck and secluded Pool House.
Entering through the fully equipped kitchen you will feel amongst the elements behind the huge glass windows. These can be opened easily to create an indoor/outdoor kitchen with views out over the horizon and infinity swimming pool.
From the kitchen, there is another sliding door through to the indoor dining area which is perfect for cooler evenings. This space shares a double-sided gas fireplace with the adjacent media room (with smart TV) and boasts a rosewood mantelpiece with sliding doors for privacy.
The bunk room is also accessed from this area with an ensuite doubling as a wet area for the pool deck complete with a roman style bath and shower. Also known as a 'shub'. A great room for children to play and equally as comfortable for adults.
The sunroom, lined with corrugated rosewood and velvet cushioned seating, connects the house to the 2nd lounge area and two master bedrooms each with ensuites.
