Get away and enjoy some well deserved time at our beautiful yet comfortable 'Home away from Home'. Whether you enjoy golfing, swimming or just lounging pool side, this is the place for you. Bayside has something to offer everyone, from the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course to the 3 pools, including the Indoor Health & Aquatic Club with state of the art Fitness Center *. There are also nature trails, stocked ponds, water access and piers for the nature enthusiast. Our 3 bedroom with den corner unit condo is the perfect place for your vacation whether you're ready for some rest and relaxation or for all the great activities that Bayside has to offer.
The spacious Master suite features a king bed, a sitting area with comfy chairs and a full bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has a TV with cable and the den . features a queen size Murphy bed. There is a full size 2nd bathroom. The floor plan of our home is open and inviting as the fully equipped kitchen opens into the dining and living areas and just off the living area is a screened in balcony.
There are two commercial grills and sitting area a few steps from our building.
The Sun Ridge Pool & Tennis Recreation Center is just outside the building our unit is located in. It includes two swimming pools, newly upgraded clay tennis courts, bocce and and basketball court-fitness center, showers, lockers, and large hot tub, concession stand and picnic area along with a Splash Zone and play area for kids. There are also daily activities planned for everyone, both old and young, so don't forget to check their calendar to see what's going on while you're here. *
The indoor Health & Aquatic Club features a heated 75 foot 5 Lane indoor pool, hot tub, sauna,multi-purpose and aerobics room and a fitness area with state of the art equipment for strength training and cardio. *
The beautiful beaches of Fenwick Island are just a few miles down Route 54 which you can get to by driving or catching the complimentary shuttle that is provided by Bayside. Along the way and all around are numerous other attractions such as amusements, water parks, miniature golf, shopping, restaurants and more.
