The Pelican Perch is a modern and contemporary home, located in the greenbelt of one of Galveston's most popular and new upscale neighborhoods of Beachside Village, offers views of the beach from the multiple decks and is just minutes from the beach.
The open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas feature a large sectional sofa, extra-large dining table, and a large kitchen island where everyone can participate in the food preparation or just hang out and catch up.
The Pelican Perch is an ideal family home and features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and is specifically designed for family vacations. The home will accommodate up to 12 guests.
Sleeping accommodations are as follows: Primary bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, en-suite bath with both a shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, and en-suite bath. The third bedroom features a queen bed and Smart TV. The fourth bedroom is a bunk room on the 3rd floor that features two sets of built-in twin bunks (sleeps 4) and has a game room for table games and a few from the cupola of the house. The televisions in this home have streaming devices. This home also has two twin-size rollaway beds tucked in closets for the convenience of the guests.
