Positive: Lovely setting overlooking the property, rainforest and ocean in the distance. Convenient location between Avoca and Terrigal. Spacious open plan kitchen/lounge/dining and bedroom room plus bathroom. The weather prevented us from exploring the property so it would be nice to visit again. Sarndie was very responsive when there was a slight glitch opening the front gate. Easy check out.

Negative: It was a little tricky finding the property in the dark as the road you turn off is very busy and you can only see the sign for the accommodation once in the driveway. A new electric fry pan would be handy in the kitchen as it was a bit wet to BBQ!
