Positive: The location was well served for public transport and the garden was gorgeous. Some real thought had been put in by the owners to ensure that all things were catered from. For example, dogs bowls and towels, a huge fridge, extra bedding

Negative: A too much furniture that may the space less usable. For example a table in a galley kitchen. It would have been helpful to have soap in the main bathroom.
