Summary: Charles was very responsive and helpful! We arrived on Christmas night and had missed our welcome email with instructions on how to enter the apartment. The apartment was very festive for Christmas! We mentioned an odor in the apartment and he immediately offered a diffuser. Charles also provided us with firewood and a fire starter for the fireplace.The location was perfect for our plans! I also really enjoyed walking in the neighborhood.We love to cook for our local family. The only suggestions I have are measuring cups, a plastic or glass liquid measuring cup and measuring spoons
