- booking your stay with us please keep in mind that we consider your number of guests to be final once your stay begins. A visitor and a guest are defined as one and the same at our house.
- The moment an unregistered guest enters our property, much of our insurance and liability protection for your booking is effectively null and void, so it's really not in either parties best interest to allow guests to have outside visitors under any circumstances. *That being said if you need to make special arrangements or alter the reservation so that it accommodates a different head count, over a several night stay, we are happy to do so through the "special offer" feature.
However, it must be requested before you book. Our response time is always very prompt so please reach out to us with your request first.
- All furniture must be back in it's original place and condition as when you arrived. Turn off lights and unplug appliances such as coffee makers and toasters. Close windows and lock doors.
- Noise ordinance requires quiet hours from 9pm to 8am. One warning will be issued. 2nd offense and this will be strictly enforced and you will be asked to leave without refund and may be issued up to $500 in fines for any administrative labor costs to mitigate the damages from neighbor and County complaints.
- Basement & backyard (has its own entrance from back of the house) is not included in this rental (completely separate) and maybe occupied or not by other people. (not the host)
- There is parking in the driveway. Be sure to pull all the way in and do not block the driveway and leave space for 2nd car. There should be enough space for another car next to you. Any other cars will need to park in the street. The drive way is shared for two cars.
-This property has exterior video surveillance all around the property. Most residents around the house also use video surveillance to protect their property as well. Tampering or turning off surveillance cameras is not allowed and will be fined by $300.
