Beautiful 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home. The first bedroom and en suite bathroom are located on the main floor. The second level features a gorgeous living space, kitchen, covered patio, laundry room, and half bathroom. The second and third bedrooms and en suite bathrooms are on the third floor.
2.5 miles to the heart of downtown Nashville, a quick 5-10 minute Uber ride.
Unbeatable location straddling not one but TWO of Nashville’s hippest neighborhoods (8th South/Melrose and 12South). Between the Gulch and 12South is the 8th Avenue corridor (often referred to as Melrose), which is home to many of Nashville’s favorite attractions and destinations, including The Basement (acclaimed live music venue), Hattie B’s (Hot) Chicken, and a curated shopping district (8th Avenue Antique Mall). Summary: My wife and I stayed here with our friend while house hunting in the Nashville area. We truly enjoyed the garage parking and the house was great. This home is near 12 South which has excellent restaurants, bars and shops. Angie, our host was fantastic. She replied to any messages quickly and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. We will definitely be back as we continue our house hunting. Greg
