Review Score: 4

Summary: Unclean room (sheets, towels, and chair were stained, bed comforter had what appeared to be a cigarette burn, smell of mildew), most of the room light fixtures and several power outlets were not working. Would not recommend this hotel if other options available in the area (there is only one other hotel within a few blocks surround Baltimore Penn Station, which was our destination)
