Positive: The welcome pack was superb, the Loft is well appointed, nice view from the lounge/ kitchen window, warm,good location.

Negative: The hot water fro. The taps stopped.working on day 2, contacted the relavent people, not sure if an engineer came, however the hot water never worked again during our stay.

Summary: Easter break.
