Nestled above The Azalea, a high-end cocktail bar, you will find yourself at the heart of it all at this downtown Summerville Loft. This upstairs loft provides guests with the ultimate experience of downtown living. You will find updated modern amenities to make your stay in our charming hometown a time to remember. You'll be within steps of numerous shops and restaurants, but also only 22 miles from the Holy City of Charleston or your pick of our many islands and beaches that dot the Lowcountry.
Guests will be immersed in our beautiful and quaint downtown. Along with that brings some potential road noise and city lights outside windows (room darkening drapes available). Additionally, the space is in close proximity to other downtown businesses. There is street parking available for guests to use during their stay. A public parking garage is located around the block as well if guests are interested in that option.
Our loft is located about a high-end cocktail bar and is located in Historic Downtown Summerville. In addition, the loft's balcony overlooks the bar's patio below. For our early to bed and light sleepers, you may want to be mindful of these items before booking our space. The bar's operating hours are as follows: Tuesday-Thursday, 4PM-10 PM, Friday & Saturday, 4 PM-11 PM. We have provided a sound machine and ear-plugs for guests to utilize during their stay, if they find that they are needed. In addition, we have worked with the bar's owner, and he has provided an extra layer of insulation between the spaces to minimize as much noise as possible.
Please note to ensure all guests have a peaceful, safe, and secure stay, we have added security cameras located on the exterior of the home. The devices are located on the four corners of our property and monitor the exterior activities of the home, including the driveway and all walkways.
