Summary: Took our son to celebrate his birthday with two friends. The house was perfect! Fully stocked kitchen with spices and water in frig. Stakes for fire pit s’mores! Plenty of space for our party of five. Excellent Wi-Fi. Ample parking. There is a shared boat house that fit the pontoon we rented from lake guntersville marina (highly recommend as well). Ten min from Publix. Two minutes from a full stocked and organized dollar general for the last minute items. Five minutes to City Harbor for dining and music. Please check with owner regarding water levels before renting a boat as it is in a beautiful slough that could get shallow. We brought our kayak and launched through boat house. Herons, bass and brim galore! The house has a beautiful flat backyard for football and playing. Quiet street with amazing neighbors. Would highly recommend for families and those wanting quiet and beautiful outdoor views.
