Summary: Housekeeping took my personal pillowcases that were on the pillows I brought from home. The pillows weren’t even anywhere near what the hotel pillows looked like. We asked for coffee refills and got K-cups but our coffee machine did not take those. When we asked for them again, we never got them. Parking in the garage is super tight and apparently not just for the hotel. Many people parked there who weren’t staying there. Hot water for showers was iffy. Maybe 50% of the time. I did mention all of this at checkout and the front desk person waived our parking fees. But I still don’t have my pillowcases - only used hotel ones. And we ended up spending $20 a day at the coffee shop because we couldn’t get coffee for the room that worked with the machine in the room.
