Summary: I arrived early (1 hour) in hopes to get into the room early if possible prior to taking family to the airport. The room was not ready which was absolutely fine and understandable so we were able to wait by the pool. As the hour went by and got closer to check in we went back to the front desk and were finally given a key and access after waiting a few minutes for staff to come back. It seemed like the staff may have been rushing as the room wasn't fully cleaned. There was dirt on the floor and the small fridge was full of the previous tenants food.
