Summary: We enjoyed the space for our large family reunion. There were nice gathering spaces and plenty of bedrooms. Also, for each room to have a private bathroom was a definite plus. We loved the table space for meals and the central family room for gathering. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. The bedroom door locks are like hotel rooms and were not able to be used because the batteries were dead and did not respond to the key cards. That was a hassle. Advertisement lists a king bed in all 18 rooms- this is not accurate. Only 5 of the rooms (mostly on the top floor) had king beds. The mattress pad covers were thin plastic covers that were wrinkly and loud (covered by a thin sheet). The kitchen had a mix of stocked items. We loved the 3 refrigerator/freezers to accommodate 50+ people. It would have been nice to know more details on the “stocked kitchen”. The single (damaged) crockpot was not enough, and we were glad we brought a couple back-ups. Luckily, we also brought other needed pots and pans. There is an ice/water machine in the main kitchen area. Unfortunately, the ice maker was broken and the entire machine was dirty and needed to be cleaned. The lock on the house door to the pool wasn’t working, and there was no lock on the outside gate that led to the pool. The Managers were friendly and responsive and came out for a couple needed fixes. For the premium price that we paid, these issues should be easily addressed.
