With a patio set up with a large dining table and a large balcony with seating, you can enjoy the views from everywhere you go. You can enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets from both sides of the water and the balconies on each side of the house. The water on the beach is calm and great for swimming and fun.
Bright open spaces are perfect for gathering with family and friends. The house was newly updated in 2023 and well-appointed for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying the beauty of the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals, and the two-
zone central air conditioning and heating system will keep you comfortable all year round. There is also high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house, so you can stay connected even when you're relaxing by the beach.

Summary: House was very clean and roomy. Pictures were accurate. One issue we had was with the shower in the master bathroom. On the first day we used the shower, and water started pouring out of one of the light fixtures in the kitchen. We notified the real estate agent, and he said he would let the owner know, but we never heard anything further. We showered for the rest of the trip in the kids bathroom. We selected this house based on the proximity to the Delaware Turf complex. The house was about 25 minutes away instead of rehoboth which is about 45 minutes away. While it was closer, we definitely noticed a difference being on the bay vs the on the ocean. Not just the waves, but the bugs. Again not in the house, but sitting outside or down at the beach it was very buggy. So overall, nice place, pictures and description were accurate, but we will probably look elsewhere next time.
