There is 15 stairs in the property and they are steep and there is no railing.

• Back Patio is fully equipped with seating and Fire pit. There are logs and a fire starter, but use at your own risk. FIre extinguishers, one under kitchen sink and one in laundry room.
• There are 2 wifi set up to offer you streaming speed and convenience.

• Please observe silence. Noise restriction between 10 PM - 8 AM.
• Only park in the designated areas. 2 Spaces in front of property, street parking at own risk.
• To minimize odors and the risk of vermin, all trash must be sanitarily stored inside the property and regularly moved to communal trash dumpsters across the street. (across from mailboxes)
• Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs.
• No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the host.
• NO parties, NO events, NO cats and NO smoking allowed.
• Dogs Considered, read pet policy.
• Before your departure please strip the beds that were used, linens that were used in general and leave in the hallway or laundry room on the floor.
