The Space
A rare find for outdoor and design enthusiasts. Unwind in this 1920’s cottage, completely renovated top to bottom designed with carefully selected furniture and furnishings to create an aesthetic blend of vintage and contemporary décor while maintaining its original character and charm. From the 200-year-old Oak tree overlooking the winding lit pathway to the front gate to the new modern kitchen outfitted with all new state-of-the-art appliances - this home has it all! The open concept layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas to a private and fenced outdoor oasis featuring a pond, tropical plants, and a deck equipped with lounge and dining furniture plus a Weber grill for barbecuing. Ideal social atmosphere for guests to enjoy a spacious and memorable experience!
Living Room
Our living room is relaxed and cozy, designed with light tones and accented with Vintage Florida artwork throughout creating a Mid-Century vibe. Natural light enters throughout the skylight through the entire space giving a warm naturistic feel. Here, you can kick back and relax on our plush grey leather sofas while watching your favorite movies or shows on the smart TV.
Kitchen & Dining Area
Our kitchen consist of dark white wooden cabinetry, grey quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances plus all customary household items giving you everything you’ll need to make your favorite home-cooked meals. A large orange original painting serves as a focal point in keeping with the Florida theme. We also have a Keurig coffee station so you can start your morning right!
The dining area off the kitchen area is appointed with a dropleaf wood table and two wood chairs. The table can accommodate 4 people with the extra chairs stored in the kitchen closet. Here, you'll want to gather around our round wooden table and eat, drink, and plan tomorrow’s adventures.
Deck
Our deck sets the stage for outdoor fun and relaxation. The private fenced backyard surrounds your tropical oasis but also allows furry friends to enjoy it too. Our deck is outfitted with a lounge furniture including a wicker loveseat, 2 wicker chairs, a coffee table and a dining table with 4 chairs. This is a serene place where you can relax and enjoy having a cup of coffee, watch the humming birds or simple enjoy family barbecues on the Weber grill!
Master Bedroom
Cozy and comfortable, this bedroom features a remote double bed with a Saatva topper to ensure the best night's sleep for our guests. Watch movies on the Smart TV mounted above the writing desk and chair. Don't forget to check out the Art Wall of Florida Vintage artwork.

This room features a new terrazzo floor, two windows and overlooks the backyard and side yard and was designed to be multipurpose. It can be a additional area to play board games, read or can be a bedroom for one person. The custom built-in sofa/bed is over 7 feet long and is 27 inches wide.

Master bedroom's en suite bathroom features a white modern tile floor with a Compass blue vanity and white marble top. The bright vibrant yellow and blue colors and the custom Hideaway night light were designed to highlight the Mid-Century theme. Please don’t worry about bringing shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We’re happy to provide these toiletries for you!

We have room for 2 cars or 2 full size vans in our driveway.
Quite Hours
Please be aware of quite hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. This helps maintain a peaceful environment and our standing as courteous neighbors.
Smoking
Let’s keep the property fresh and clean, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoke is detected, there will be a $250 fee for proper deep cleaning and odor removal.
Parties & Events
Group gatherings are great, however, parties and events are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a $500 fine and an immediate termination of your booking. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to keep the property in wonderful shape for all future guests.
Security Cameras
Please note that our home has a Ring security camera actively recording the outside areas of the property. The camera is to remain on and running and will only be used for security purposes to ensure the safety of the property and guests. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

deleted when no longer needed.
Guest access
Our guests have access and can enjoy the retreat to themselves. The Rental Manager/owner will share the keyless entry code and check-in details on the morning of arrival. Please note that there are two homes on the property and your oasis is the rear property with a long term tenant in the other home.
