Absolutely gorgeous one of a kind home located on W 4th St Downtown Loveland. 6 blocks from Restaurants, Shops, Breweries and Coffee Shops.
The Franklin Hotel can accommodate 6 guest very comfortably with 3 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms.
The primary bedroom is located on the main level just off the Gourmet Kitchen with a King size sleep number mattress, stunning master bathroom including a steam shower, clawfoot tub and walk in closet.
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms each with Queen size beds and en suite bathrooms. The Loft features a Peloton Bike, Office, Large TV, Couch and ping pong/pool table. There is also a 1/2 bath and 2nd laundry room.
In the basement you will find an awesome movie room, extra large comfy couch, wet bar, mini fridge and 1/2 bath.
The outdoor patio is very private with a hot tub, gas fireplace, 6 lounging chairs, dining table and a small BBQ.
We also have a 1 bedroom located above the garage if more space is needed.
