The space
Over 2200 SQ FT of pure awesomeness! City chic meets modern industrial style. Amenities include: curated furnishings, luxury sofa, 100" projector screen, beautiful custom made dining table and 8ft Connelly pool table.
Two Bedrooms with style to match your ambition. The larger of the bedrooms has a king bed, while the smaller bedroom is fitted with a comfy queen sized bed. Both beds are high-end memory foam (Casper).
Both bathrooms are always stocked with toilet paper and soap. The master bath has both a luxury standing shower & jacuzzi tub.
Please note: this is my primary home and you see items there that belong to me. Please do not touch my personal belongings - which will stored in the closets and out-of-way.
Guest access
No key needed. The keypad lock is wifi connected. You should receive an automated message from LockState with your temporary code.
The garage door must stay locked at all times.
IMPORTANT: Make sure to properly report number of guests in your reservation! After experiencing issues with this we've installed a front door camera to ensure number of guests is reported accurately.
Other things to note
This is our primary home. Closets will be locked, but ample storage will be provided. Do not enter the garage.
We use the space as a rotating art gallery that will have pieces listed for sale to guests. Each piece has a plaque with pricing and the local artist contact information. Please contact the artist for inquiries.
