If you are looking for a lake house with peace and quiet, but on the water, look no further. Day Dreamer is a Brand New 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom lake house located on the Smith Lake with year round water! Our dock is usually in 15+ feet of water mid-march through mid-September, and 3 feet water in offseason. However, water levels cannot be guaranteed. Upon arrival , you will notice the front / back porches with plenty of seating options to enjoy nature and looking at the water. Located on the left side of the house is parking for two cars. The outside of the lake house also has a park grill.
The lake house entrance opens into an open concept kitchen / living room area, complete with 9 ft. ceilings, an electric fireplace, and a 58 inch Roku TV. With two cozy swivel chairs and a Lazy Boy Queen pull-out couch it is a great place to sit back and relax after a day of fun on the lake. The open floor plan has a fully stocked kitchen, including a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator. The first floor also has a full bathroom located by the back door for easy use when coming in from the lake.The beautiful second-floor master bedroom features a king-size bed with a 43 inch Roku TV. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with tub-shower combo. The second bedroom has built in bunk beds and a full size stackable washer/ dryer.
