Camp Host
A Camp Host lives full time on property above the camp store. The Camp Host
keeps a low profile to allow your group’s privacy, yet the Camp Host is also available to help
with anything needed during your stay. The Camp Host can also be hired a la carte to help with
additional services, including set up and take down of live music equipment, catering assistance,
wedding assistance, and more.

The Tavern with its bar, restaurant, and lounge is available for the exclusive
use of your group! Feel welcome to use the Tavern kitchen as a private communal kitchen or hire
a private chef or catering service to create your desired menus. *Alcohol, beverages, and food
are not provided under this property booking.*

You are welcome to host live music to entertain your group! We have 2 stages, one
near the river take out, and a smaller stage at the Tavern. We are glad to help with band referrals
if your group would like music.
Weddings ~ inquire for pricing!
You are welcome to host boutique weddings at USA Raft Resort! A la carte services
are available including equipment rentals, band recommendations, catering recommendations,
and more. Guests are welcome to bring in whichever caterers and vendors that they wish.

This spectacular property is conveniently located only 5 minutes from Erwin TN, 30 minutes
from Johnson City TN, and 45 minutes from Asheville NC. Additionally, private raftingtrips,
tubing trips, hiking shuttles, SUP lessons, and more are available for your group, see below for

Other Things to Note:
There are 2 security cameras (1 in retail store and 1 in tavern) solely to keep track of our on-site staff :) Dogs are allowed for $125 per stay. Dog must be crate trained and please clean up after your dog!
We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
