The Cozy Getaway is a beautiful home located in the town of Arvada, just minutes from Denver. We welcome you to invite loved ones to get together to enjoy the spacious, peaceful house close to all that the Denver Metro has to offer. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there are multiple rooms to gather and relax in. Each comfortable bedroom has ample closet space, and there are two work stations with desktop computers. There is also a huge, peaceful back yard with a grill and covered seating.

This home has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably with an additional pull out sleeper sofa bed. Sleeping arrangements include 1 King and 1 Queen Bed, 3 Full beds and 1 Queen sleeper sofa bed.
