Air-conditioned Four Bedroom, two full baths, Pristine Lakefront, child friendly home available for rent for a minimum 7 day stay, for eight or fewer guests. Located less than 50 feet from Lake Sunapee with gradual slope down to a large Dock that features steps to a shallow beach area --- perfect for small children. Parking for two boats, with deep water at the end of the dock and a ladder that provides easy access in & out of the lake. Located in a desirable no-wake zone that is conducive to kayaking and allows for quiet relaxation (no noisy ski boats going by at 7 AM) but quick access to the main lake. House is located on a dead end private road in a desirable neighborhood. Large flat front lawn can be used for soccer, croquet or a simple game of catch. Long driveway provides ample parking for up to four cars.
There is a strict no smoking, no pets rule. The Cottage is not available for events. Maximum capacity is eight guests and only guests are permitted on the property.
