There are two reverse cycle split systems and one gas heater, so you can be warm in winter and cool in summer. Outdoor pergola area with fan. Tastefully decorated.

Guests can access the whole house and the yard. There is no access to the workshop in the backyard. There are steps at the front entrance. There are no steps at the rear entrance.

The house is in a central location and is very close to the swimming pool and sporting fields. On street parking only. There is a parking spot out the front of the house, and plenty of parking on the street. You can walk to the shops within 10 minutes or it is a 2 minute drive. There is also a taxi service as well.
