Summary: We just love our stay at Nick's place. It has a convenient location and the home is in a nice neighborhood. The property is fantastic with 3 comfy bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen, and new smart TVs. There is a nice fireplace in the living room which we used a few nights upon arrival is was a bit chilly for us. The property also had fenced backyard with a gas BBQ which we enjoyed. Toward the end of our stay, it was hot for a few days and the AC was mandatory with temps over 100 we were lucky this house had it, and it worked well. I also must say the communication with Nick was very easy and he was very responsive at all points during the process of booking, staying, and departing. All in all a perfect stay and we'll come back next time.
