Welcome to The Carriage House Suite, conveniently located in the Village of Hammondsport, one block south of Depot Park at Keuka Lake and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and grocers. You’re also within a minute's drive to wineries, breweries, distilleries, and museums, including the Glenn Curtiss Aviation Museum.
The Space
This large upstairs apartment features beautiful vaulted ceilings offering a comfortable queen-sized bed, sofa, loveseat, TV, table, and chairs, as well as a full bathroom and workspace. Two roll-away beds are available upon request for families with children.
In the kitchenette, you will find a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glassware, and water dispenser. We offer everything you need for a comfortable stay whether you’re here for one night or a full week.
Located right off the adorable town square, you’re close to all of our local favorite things to do. Stroll around the village and have some breakfast at Crooked Lake Ice Cream Company, shop antiques at Patina, or check out some of the great Keuka Lake merchandise at the many local gift shops. including The Cinnamon Stick and Browsers. Walk two minutes to the lake for a refreshing swim at the public beach at Depot Park. There is also a nearby marina for boat rentals, as well as places to rent kayaks and jet skis.
This apartment is part of the landmarked historic home, The Champlin House. This suite can be rented as an additional space of the Champlin House or all on its own. Whether you’re traveling with 2 or 14, we have the space you need.
We offer a private entrance and one dedicated driveway space. You will be conveniently located along the Keuka Lake Wine Trail and nestled in the village between our beautiful library and our local grocer.
