Less than 20 minutes from the center of Valencia and 10 minutes from the airport, fully renovated 200m2 villa. Outside, 12-meter swimming pool, 6-person jacuzzi, reading area in the shade of palm trees, dining table, garden furniture and a bathroom. Indoors, enjoy the freshness of a spacious and airy house, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and 4 large bedrooms including a master suite. The house is located in the charming village of L’Eliana where you can enjoy a local market, very good typical restaurants and a shopping center. Possibility of having a housekeeper (breakfast, cleaning, storage) up to € 60 per day. For any information on local excursions, do not hesitate to contact me.
