Right on the canal, you are steps away from the water and West Lake Okoboji. Enjoy fishing off the dock, boating from the property right into West Lake, or exploring the canals with the provided kayaks. (Check with property manager regarding boat size for hoist and canal access based on water levels) There is an 18'X18' (Huge!) screened in gazebo with propane firepit table, seating for up to 11, a smart TV, and electrical outlets. You'll surely want to eat all your meals out here cooked on the property’s propane Weber grill.

A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
