Owner managed beautiful house in a quiet and safe neighborhood in the Loma Vista development in Clovis. We take great pride in checking the house thoroughly before every guest so our guests get what they see in pictures. We live in the neighborhood and can be at the house within minutes to attend to any issues. House has all the amenities one needs to just move right in, bbq included. Large backyard to relax in after a long day's work. 1 king bed in master bedroom and 1 queen bed in other bedroom, along with queen hide-a-bed couch. There is also a den which is set up with a desk and a trundle bed. Both TVs are set up with Amazon Prime Streaming along with other popular streaming apps for you to sign in to. We love our home and love the opportunity to share it with others.
Our neighborhood has meandering walking paths that travels through the adjacent neighborhoods to allow for a safe, nice evening stroll or morning walk.
Three beautiful national parks are a short distance away - Yosemite, Sequoia and Kings Canyon! All three are a must to visit. Several lakes in the area for water sporting activities. Shaver Lake, Bass Lake, Huntington Lake and Millerton Lake are the local popular spots.
