From original features such as a built in pantry, exposed brick walls in every room, soaring ceilings on the main and second level, 10" baseboards, and memories all over the hard wood floors, The Brick & Morgan has much to appreciate. The home also has plenty of modern upgrades to make your stay comfortable such as a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker and Keurig, a newly renovated bathroom. The location is prime near all the best wedding venues in town, plenty of charming shops and dining on historic Main Street, scenic views of the river for bikes and hikes in Frontier Park, Lindenwood University, or the Upscale new "Streets of St. Charles" area, nightlife at Ameristar or Hollywood Casino.
The Main floor of the home includes a spacious and vibrant jewel toned living room. The living room flows right into the open dining area perfect for small gatherings. The bright and clean kitchen with modern appliances. The kitchen is equip to cook. The stunning tile bathroom is on the main floor at the bottom of the stairs leading to the bedrooms. It includes a clawfoot soaking tub as well as a rain head shower with the best hot water pressure in town! Washer and Dryer on main floor and free for guests to use. Pet friendly upon request.
The two bedrooms upstairs include a King size bed in one and two twin beds as well as a twin size trundle in each room for additional sleepers as needed.
