Quiet & serene, fishing, and enjoy the use of our 2 kayaks.
Top floor has large king bedroom, huge open floor plan sunroom, (2 futons & air mattress) office area & a large 6 seat dining table, upgraded kitchen w/bar seating. Living room, bathroom w/shower.
Bottom floor has a separate entrance, en suite, private adjoining bath, pull out sleeper loveseat, small dinette, & many more amenities. Fully furnished front porch, downstairs patio, fire pit by the lake with seating & a front southern style front porch.

This neighborhood is slightly off the grid, although offering premium Wi-Fi, it is very quiet and out in the country so you will enjoy open scenery & privacy. Do keep in mind. There is only one restaurants within five restaurants will be located in adjoining city of Salisbury, NC. Instacart does deliver, but we do not have DoorDash or on the other delivery at this time.
