Summary: Freshly remodeled to a modern safe suburban home close to I-95 and right off a main artery in Riviera Beach. Home was super-clean and uber convenient in terms of household needs. The owner/host was indeed very thoughtful when setting-up the house for guest(s). Very comfortable! The covered back yard patio was amazing with the evening breeze. .Check-in was seamless. Highly recommend the property. Host communicated quickly. Two observations that need to be addressed. The host needs to place user instructions on the thermostat. I concluded the thermostat needs a password to unlock it. The AC WORKS! Unable to adjust it. Need to refill the pool cue chalk. Very pleased overall. Please include teabags on the coffee service.
