Tee-L-Sea will match your family's vacation plans with tender loving care! It has 6 Master Suites, a large private pool, hot tub and access to all the amenities that The Currituck Club resort offers. [Note: No dogs or other animals allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room includes a flat-screen TV, an upper deck with amazing views, kitchen with granite countertops, 2 dishwashers and a kitchen island (seats 4). The dining table (seats 10) and there are 2 King Master Suites, each with flat-screen TVs and access to the top decks. There is a half bath on this level. An elevator connects all levels of this home. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]
MID LEVEL:
There is a comfortable Lounge area with plenty of seating for relaxation, a kitchenette and full-size refrigerator for more food and beverage storage. There are two Queen Master Suites each with private baths and deck access. There are two more bedrooms on this level with deck access; both are Double Twin Master Suites with a private master bath for each bedroom. The bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and cable. The laundry area is on this floor also. The covered deck at the back of the house has seating and overlooks the pool deck.
GROUND LEVEL:
The game area is on one side of the garage with a Ping Pong table and a Foosball table. Cool off around the private pool measures 14' x 30' (open June - August; pool heat available for an additional fee) with a pool deck that has plenty of room for sunning and lounging. There is a gas grill and a hot tub for the adults to enjoy.
EXTRAS:
As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean views.

Summary: Property is in a community with plenty of amenities, is in a cul de sac, close to shopping and has transportation to the beach. At the beach there is a snack bar with treats, a few lunch type items and both non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. You can rent chairs and umbrellas or hire someone to haul your own things down to your chosen spot. At the house, there’s a game room, a chalkboard wall-for rainy days and the pool in the backyard. Maintenance is done twice a week on the pool so you can feel reassured that the chemical levels are being checked. There’s plenty of space for everyone in your party to gather…or get some quiet time apart. There is one bathtub in the home which isn’t listed in the details of the house. Some of the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. Specifically the plastic Adirondack chairs are in sad shape. Other furniture such as the outdoor table, chairs and umbrella were nice to have and very comfortable. The elevator was nice to have to get heavy suitcases and kitchen things up to the top floor of the home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider going back!
