UNIT 4 is conveniently located just 5 blocks from the heart of OKeechobee, a historical vibrant town right in the NORTH tip of the second largest freshwater lake in the United States.
Okeechobee is home to Bass and Speck fishing. Folks come from all parts to join the excitement and adventure on the LAKE. This is a fisherman's paradise where you can disconnect and just enjoy the Lake!
The cottage is a 2/2 mobile home that is completely renovated. As you walk to the backyard you will find that the property sits at the beginning of a cypress tree Forrest (22 cypress trees) and beyond it you will find the Boat Dock on the famous Taylor Creek river. The water view is beautiful and a great example of why people love Okeechobee so much.
Perhaps the greatest feature of the property for fishermen is that there is a Public boat ramp just 4 properties North. Launch the boat and park your Truck and trailer in the front porch. It is a 1 minute walk to the Boat Ramp. You can put your boat on the water and dock it out in the back.
