Perfect location!! Enjoy all that the city OR country has to offer and then relax at this adorable 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. The living room is adorned with authentic men and women's Derby hats, a historic map of the Bourbon Trail, a bar cart, and books that will boost your knowledge on all things Derby, Bourbon, the food and the hats of course! Unwind on the deck in the private backyard equipped with a grill, firepit and cornhole. Your trip to the Derby City/Bourbon Capital starts here!
There are touches of the KY Derby and Bourbon country throughout this home! Each bedroom has a queen size bed (memory foam with medium firmness), room darkening curtains and blinds, and a closet (with hangers) and a chest for storage. There is one bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The kitchen has lovely butcher block countertops a stove, microwave, refrigerator and coffee bar (with a Keurig coffee maker, medium roast coffee available).
There is also a washer and dryer.
Self-check in with a combination pad entry front door. You have access to the entire home, private backyard and includes parking for up to 4 vehicles! Check-in after 3 pm, check-out 11 am.

You will be delighted at how close you are to all the attractions in Louisville while staying at this home which is nestled in a quiet established neighborhood. In addition to those mentioned previously you are also 5 minutes from the Louisville Zoo/Mega Caverns and walking distance to Camp Zachary Taylor Park! Only a couple of minutes off the Expressway makes this location convenient to everything! There is also a grocery store about 2 minutes away!
