These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft. There are 4 cameras (front door, side door, back yard, other side gate). Please do not tamper with or disable these devices. For your privacy, there are NO indoor cameras.
⚠️CRITTERS: As we are located in a rural area, bugs may be present on the property. Rest assured, we have a pest control company that regularly maintains the grounds. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for encounters with insects or small critters. We appreciate your understanding!
⚠️INTERNET: Starlink internet is provided. Typically very reliable; possible outages in case of severe storms.
⚠️PARKING: Easily accessible by 2WD/4WD/motorcycles alike. No parking worries — space for 10+ vehicles, even room for trailers.
⚠️NON-SMOKING: Please maintain the property clear of any traces of cigarettes or other smoking devices. There are a few smoke detectors within the home that notify us (and you) if smoke is detected indoors and you will be subject to a fine if this rule is violated.
Property Access/Assistance
- Guests have access to the entire property (excluding 2 owner’s closets).
- The front and side doors are equipped with electronic smart lock keypads. The property address and unique door code will be sent ~24 hours prior to check-in.
- Some people temporarily lose cell service while driving to the house. To avoid travel issues, enter the provided address into Google/Apple Maps, etc. and keep it on until you arrive.
- If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay—whether it’s recommendations for things to do, places to shop, or if something isn’t working quite right—please don’t hesitate to reach out through Airbnb messenger.
