5 Bedroom House with Parking, TV and Security
This custom built chalet has five bedrooms with a 1st floor master and is located on a large private lot. It offers private deeded access to Otsego Lake; which has a sandy beach. The lake is only 100 yards away and a public boat launch is just down the street. The Swiss-style, chalet is completely updated and has all amenities. There is a first floor bedroom, as well as, 3 bedrooms upstairs. Off of the laundry room is a small bunk room that sleeps two. The cozy, beamed, living room/dining room, has a beautiful log fireplace that adds warmth and ambiance to any chilly evening. There is an attached deck with a grill; perfect for family barbecues.
Located right off of Old-27, this home is easy to get to. All northern Michigan attractions are within an hours drive, including the great lakes. It is just minutes from downtown Gaylord, 15 championship golf courses, great restaurants, and shopping. It is located in a lovely little neighborhood which is great for walking or blueberry picking in the surrounding woods.
