This is a fully furnished 930 sf cottage detached from the main house in a private country setting of 4 acres of wooded land. Hartsfield Jackson Airport is only 20 miles away, only 1 mile just outside Peachtree City, and 10 miles from Senoia, home of The Walking Dead. Pinewood Studios is 10 miles away. There is an NCG Theater 2 miles away, and a Sams Club and Costco 1 mile away. Lots of shopping opportunities at The Avenue in Peachtree City, and loads of restaurants as well.
Smart TV, kitchen, laundry room, living room, bed room, bathroom, nestled in beautiful acreage. Sleeping accommodations include one king size bed in bedroom, one lazyboy double sofa bed, and one single memory foam rollaway bed when needed. Super Comfortable!
This is a prime location for people who want to stay in a relaxed country setting, but still would like to enjoy all that the city offers. "The Avenue" (our local shopping mall) is only 3 miles away, and there are plenty of shops to choose from like Starbucks, Talbots, Ici Paris Massage, and etc and grocery stores like Aldi's, Walmart, Fresh Market, and Sprouts, all within 3 miles of my home. Sams Club and Costco are 1.5 miles from my home. Restaurants in Peachtree City range from fine dining to more relaxed settings such as Taco Mac and Chick Fil-A. There are plenty of parks and serene lakes for relaxation, also within 3 miles of my home.
There is a carport to park in and also a guest space just outside the covered area. I usually have one car in the covered carport.
