SW Teton Lane is a gorgeous pet-friendly air-conditioned three-bedroom 1,941 sq. ft. vacation rental in one of Bend's quiet and serene neighborhoods which sleeps 8 guests comfortably. Three bedrooms and two and half bathrooms, each with a queen bed, and a memory foam queen sofa sleeper in the living room, two car garage with two 21 speed mountain bicycles with helmets, one lock. Less than 1/2 mile walk to the Historic Canal Trail - Walk your dog or take the bikes along the beautiful Deschutes River for miles in privacy.
The lower level consists of beautiful wood flooring throughout and expansive, high vaulted ceilings offering plenty of light through out the vacation rental. The open and social floor plan offers a large living room with a sofa and love seat, an easy chair, a gas fireplace and a 55" Smart Flat Screen LCD TV, Bluetooth LG Soundbarwith basic cable/Smart TV with streaming capabilities. The sitting room adjacent to the living room has a love seat, queen sofa sleeper with memory foam and a comfortable reading chair as well.
The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar for two with granite slab counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range with four burners and formal seated dining for up to seven guests adjacent to the living room. The large mud room with a large utility sink, washer and dryer, which leads to the two car garage. Also, a large powder room with a toilet and sink is in the entry hallway.
Upper level consists of a large queen master suite with lots of light, a large walk in closet, ceiling fan and on suite bathroom with dual sinks, glass encased shower and a soaking tub and toilet. Two queen guest suites with a guest full bathroom that has a shower and tub combination, sink and toilet.
A large fenced pet friendly (dog only!) backyard has plenty of lush landscaping and grass, a gas barbeque and small patio table and an umbrella offers seating for four with extra chairs.
Located in a neighborhood of BrookswoodDrive gives easy access to the walking trail of Deschutes River, and all that Bend, Oregon has to offer: skiing, golfing, road and mountain biking and Mt.
