Villa la Musardière - Trouville / Touques - is 2 km away from the sea and 1 km from the train station. The Villa doesn't have visible neighbors, and is in a quiet and sunny neighborhood.
In a green environment at the end of a small road lined with trees, the Villa of 150M2 has been entirely renovated in 2022 with its closed garden of 600 m2 and its terrace of 60m2.
It is composed as follows:
Garden & ground level :
A double living room of 45 m2 with bow window opening onto the terrace, a fitted and equipped kitchen with access to the terrace and a separate toilet.
1st floor :
A master bedroom with a 180x200cm double bed, a terrace with a nice view of the trees and the sunset, a large wardrobe, a desk.
A second bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, large dressing room.
A bathroom with WC. Window in the bathroom.
2nd floor :
The 3rd bedroom with two beds of 160x200cm each, a wardrobe.
The 4th bedroom that has two single beds (pull-out bed)
A bathroom with an Italian shower and WC.
The house doesn't have visible neighbors, is exposed South / West and is thus bathed in sunlight from morning until the end of the day. It is quiet and surrounded by greenery. The living room has many windows and French windows allowing a fluid circulation with the outside.
The terrace is very comfortable with its large sofas. Furthermore, April we will receive a large table on the terrace that can accommodate 8 people in. We will put it on the site as soon as we receive it.
